Leonore personally handles property transfers throughout South Africa, from preparing the transfer documents through to registration. Where the relevant Deeds Office is outside the area, she works with a correspondent conveyancer for lodgement, while continuing to oversee the transfer personally from start to finish. She also assists with criminal, family, civil and labour matters from her practice in George.

Admitted as an attorney in 2012, Leonore built a diverse legal career spanning Legal Aid, prosecution and service as an Acting Magistrate. In 2025, she founded L Swart Attorneys Inc., bringing together her broad legal experience and commitment to serving her clients. In her first year as a conveyancer, she achieved first place in the conveyancing examination category at the Gawie le Roux Institute of Law awards.
