What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the message you write. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising trackers on this website.
Why we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you instruct us, to open a file for your matter. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.
How it is processed
Enquiries are delivered to our email inbox through an email delivery service, and you receive an automatic confirmation email. If you choose WhatsApp, your message is sent through WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
To protect the form against spam, it uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical information such as your IP address and browser to confirm a person is sending it. We also briefly keep a count of recent enquiries per IP address and email address to limit abuse; these counts are not linked to your message and are discarded automatically.
Where your information is processed
Some of the services we use are based outside South Africa. Our website host, the email delivery service (Resend), Cloudflare Turnstile and our email provider (Microsoft Outlook) may store or process your information in other countries, including the United States. We use these providers under their data protection terms. By sending an enquiry, you consent to this transfer as allowed by section 72 of POPIA.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
